Operations

Incident workflow and field response for critical infrastructure.

NetSpektor coordinates alarms, operational incidents, technician response, escalation activity, and service visibility across distributed infrastructure environments.

Operational workflows for real infrastructure

Infrastructure operations do not stop at alert generation. An alarm must become an actionable workflow, reach the right people, capture response activity, and produce a reliable history of what happened.

NetSpektor is built around that operational chain.

Incident orchestration

NetSpektor converts infrastructure events into managed incident workflows. Each workflow can track:

  • event source and affected site
  • device or asset involved
  • incident status
  • field response activity
  • technician acknowledgement
  • operational notes
  • closure and resolution details
  • historical reporting context

Field response coordination

Authorised personnel can receive operational notifications, acknowledge work, provide field notes, and close workflows through approved response channels. This reduces dependence on laptop access during field activity and creates a better audit trail for operations teams.

Designed for mixed environments

Operational events may originate from network infrastructure, PLCs, telemetry systems, sensors, Modbus-connected devices, APIs, MQTT streams, syslog, SNMP traps, or other approved field systems. NetSpektor focuses on the workflow outcome rather than forcing customers into a single source format.

Outcome

Customers gain a clearer operational record: what happened, who was notified, when the response began, what field action occurred, and when the workflow was resolved.
